As part of the rollout of new, more efficient internal customer management systems, Westpac needed a campaign that would easily communicate its benefits and give the system a strong sense of appeal. Translating product benefits into something fun to watch was essential, especially as the series would be mandatory viewing for staff.

We used an animation style to articulate how the system of processing mortgage applications was transitioning from an older analogue system to a purely digital one. We were making complex much simpler. Production Group and the great team at Paper Moose worked together to deliver a breadth of materials from key art to more than 30 training videos, as well as embeddable GIFs, re-deployable graphic assets, room design and Augmented Reality systems.
